Contact the Church: You can contact the church by phone, email, or by visiting in person. Let them know that you would like to request prayers and they will guide you through the process.

Submit Your Prayer Request: The church may have a prayer request form that you can fill out or you can simply provide the details of your prayer request to the pastor or prayer team.
